San Francisco - Outer Sunset Gut and Remodel

Sunset Beautiful Luxury Home

This 3-story single family house has been meticulously upgraded to nearly 3,300 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The interior was demolished down to the studs and many parts of the foundation had to be upgraded to enable the open floor plan design. Brand new plumbing, electrical, and radiant floor heating throughout make this a truly luxurious project.

Contemporary Living in San Francisco’s Sunset District

The original house was built in the 1920’s with very few upgrades over the years. It was decided to gut the entire inside down to the studs so that all plumbing/electrical/windows etc were all upgraded. The floor plan was changed as well to add 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
